If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from Energy Plus Credit Union asking for details about your VISA credit card please be advised that this is a scam. Energy Plus Credit Union will not call you for information about your VISA card. We have this information on our system and would not need to ask. If you receive a call that seems suspicious tell the caller that you will hang up and dial the credit union directly to verify the validity. Then please call 317-261-8521. If you have already given out any information please let us know immediately so that we can protect your card. To report a lost or stolen credit card after hours please dial 1-800-289-5939.
